Joyce joined Mellott & Mellott in 2016. Prior to that, she worked with Thomas D. Heldman CPA & Associates for twenty-two years and joined Mellott & Mellott when the two Firms merged.
Joyce is a para-professional and works in both the bookkeeping and tax departments of Mellott & Mellott.

Joyce was born and raised in Dayton, Ohio. She attended the University of Cincinnati where she earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology in 1990. Upon graduation, she decided to settle in Cincinnati permanently. Joyce is married to her husband of twenty-five years, Lawrence.
Growing up, Joyce developed an early love of music and took classical piano less for nine years. Her taste in music is eclectic and she listens to everything from classical piano to classic R & B to original movie soundtracks. She also enjoys reading detective novels and working on DIY craft projects around the house.
